Overview: As Vice President and Treasurer, I coordinated timelines for club initiatives like QPR Training, Senior Presentation Day, and Mental Health Day, connecting executive members with institutional and external resources. I also designed internal forms for elections, presentation sign-ups, and event feedback, while managing reimbursements and financial coordination with the Undergraduate Financial Committee, developing the 2025-2026 budget plan, and overseeing distribution of event materials, including food, prizes, and supplies. 

Overview: I collaborated with my peers in developing a robust educational program aimed at promoting harm reduction on Pacific University's campus. To help efforts in combating the opioid epidemic, we created bookmarks and CDs, and attracted students in person to our campaign through food and promotional games. We have since distributed nearly 500 harm reduction bookmarks across Pacific University's campus. To see our completed website, please click here. 

Overview: I worked closely with Pacific University administrators to develop assessment materials, raise student concerns, and advocate on behalf of all undergraduate students. A key focus of my advocacy is improving survey methodology, including recommending purposive (in-person) sampling to reach underrepresented students, increasing incentives to boost response rates, and enhancing institutional transparency for students.

Overview: I was a key decision-maker in student finances, helping allocate money to clubs and students, scrutinizing institutional budgets, and collaborating with peers to promote student-led events.

Advocacy is central to my work. I believe we have a responsibility to speak up for science and for people, particularly those who are underprivileged, whenever and wherever possible. 

Throughout my undergraduate journey, I have participated in protests in Salem, Oregon, opposing the impact of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on our communities, as well as those in Portland and Hillsboro pushing back against anti-science policies of the Trump administration.
